New Katrina Case Finds Definition Of ‘Flood’ Ambiguous

A couple days ago a friend sent me the 85-page ruling in the case mentioned in this story, which I mentioned on Wednesday in this post and said I wouldn’t have time to get to it for a while.  Well, I got to it.  Let me say this at this moment: 85 page opinions? I know there are several cases rolled into this decision, but let’s not get carried away.  Sometimes the most important thing about writing is knowing when to stop.  I’ll be posting on this case later this morning.
